Students in Level 500 at St. John Bosco’s College of Education have been advised to begin preparations for a possible return to campus as efforts intensify to resolve ongoing discrepancies in their academic results.
In an official notice released on May 4, 2026, the 78th SRC Executive Board informed students that significant progress is being made to address multiple issues affecting their results. These concerns include incorrect courses appearing on student portals, inaccurate grades, unreleased course results, and other related irregularities.
According to the SRC, the Assessment Officer is currently at the University of Education, Winneba, working closely with relevant authorities to rectify these discrepancies. The move is part of a broader effort to ensure that all errors are corrected promptly and accurately.
To support this process, management of the college has indicated plans to form a committee that will invite all Level 500 students back to campus. The purpose of this exercise is to allow students to help verify and identify individual issues directly. The university has reportedly given a one-week deadline for the completion of this verification process, emphasizing the urgency of the exercise.
Students are therefore encouraged to remain alert and make the necessary arrangements, as the return to campus could be scheduled within the current week or the next, depending on the Assessment Officer’s availability.
The SRC noted that this early communication is intended to ensure that no student is taken by surprise when the official date is announced. Students are advised to stay tuned for further updates from the SRC.
The notice was issued by the Office of the 78th SRC Executive Board.
