According to reports, beneficiaries are receiving a message from GNSA Payroll containing a link to complete the withdrawal process and transfer the allowance to their preferred mobile money account.

Step-by-Step Process to Withdraw Your Allowance

Personnel who receive the message should follow the steps below carefully:

1. Open the Link

Click on the link sent to you by GNSA Payroll.

For those who have not yet received the message, use the official payroll portal below:

https://payroll.gnsa.gov.gh

2. Enter Your Ghana Card Number

You will be asked to provide your Ghana Card number for identification and verification purposes.

3. Verify Your Identity

You will be required to take an instant photo to confirm your identity.

4. Provide Your Phone Number

Enter your active phone number.

5. Enter OTP Code

An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your number. Enter the code to continue.

6. Access Your Temporary Ghana Card Interface

After verification, you will be redirected to another page where you will see a temporary Ghana Card displaying:

  • Your verification photo
  • Personal details
  • NSS details

7. Transfer Your Allowance

Click on the “Payroll” option at the footer section of the page.

An interface will appear showing:

  • Allowance Amount: GH₵715
  • “Transfer” option

Select Mobile Money as your preferred payment method.

8. Enter Mobile Money Details

Provide your mobile money number carefully.

Another OTP will be sent to confirm the transaction. Enter the code to complete the transfer.
