NSP Announces New Payment Platform and Sets Deadline for Registration to Receive Allowance

The (NSA) has announced a major change in the payment platform used for the disbursement of allowances to National Service Personnel (NSP).

According to the directive, the previously used payment platform, , will no longer be used for allowance payments. The new payment platform will take effect immediately and will be used for the payment of March 2026 allowances.



What Personnel Must Do

All National Service Personnel are required to:

  • Visit their National Service portal
  • Update their bank account details
  • Select from the listed banks available on the portal

Personnel who do not yet have bank accounts are advised to create one from any of the listed banks. Additionally, personnel have the option to create an Ignition Account directly through via the portal.

Deadline

The deadline for updating bank details is:

 April 25, 2026

Personnel are strongly encouraged to complete this exercise before the deadline to avoid delays in receiving their allowances.
