Why Are Week Ending Dates Important?
Week-ending dates provide a useful reference for organising school activities and reviewing work completed during the week. They can help teachers plan lessons, assess learners' progress, prepare reports, and organise classroom activities.
School administrators can also use these dates to coordinate academic programmes and communicate relevant schedules to teachers and parents. Having the dates available in advance makes it easier to plan activities throughout the term.
What Teachers Should Know
Teachers are encouraged to keep a copy of the schedule for reference when preparing lesson plans and organising weekly activities. However, the dates should be checked against the official academic calendar or any subsequent directives issued by the relevant education authorities.
