The Ghana Education Service (GES) has advised all successful applicants in the 2026 recruitment exercise to report to their assigned Regional Education Offices for verification and the collection of their appointment letters from Thursday, 7 August 2026.
Applicants are expected to report with all the original documents they used during the recruitment process to facilitate a smooth verification exercise.
Documents Required
Successful applicants should ensure they carry the following documents:
- Ghana Card
- College of Education Certificate
- National Service Certificate
- Teacher Licensure Examination Certificate
- All academic and supporting documents submitted during the application process
Applicants are encouraged to organise and compile all the required documents before reporting to their respective Regional Education Offices on the scheduled date.
Failure to present the necessary documents may delay the verification process and the issuance of appointment letters.
