The Ghana Technical and Vocational Education and Training (GTVET) Service has officially announced the commencement of its 2026 nationwide recruitment exercise for both teaching and non-teaching positions across the country.
According to the announcement, the recruitment exercise begins on Friday, May 8, 2026, following clearance from the Ministry of Finance. The initiative aims to recruit qualified, dedicated, and passionate individuals who are ready to contribute to the development of Technical and Vocational Education and Training in Ghana.
Applicants interested in joining the Ghana TVET Service are expected to possess the required academic and professional qualifications relevant to the positions they are applying for. In addition, applicants must be willing to accept postings and serve in any part of the country.
The Service noted that all applicants will undergo a competitive and merit-based selection process in collaboration with the Public Services Commission to ensure fairness and transparency throughout the recruitment exercise.

Applications officially open on Friday, May 8, 2026, and all interested applicants are expected to submit their applications before the deadline on Friday, May 22, 2026.

Access to the portal is granted through a USSD payment system.
Applicants are required to dial 7141767# on any mobile network to make payment and receive a voucher code for portal access. After payment, applicants can retrieve their voucher code and log in using their phone number and voucher details.
In-Person Application
Applicants may also pick up and submit application forms physically at the Ghana TVET Service Headquarters located at East Legon, Boundary Road, Accra.
The Ghana TVET Service has further cautioned the public against dealing with unauthorized individuals or making unofficial payments during the recruitment process.
