The Teacher Trainees’ Association of Ghana (TTAG) has officially opened applications for its TTAG Scholarship Initiative, a support program aimed at helping teacher trainees who are unable to pay their examination fees.
The initiative, organized by the TTAG Welfare Committee, seeks to ensure that no teacher trainee misses their examinations due to financial difficulties. Through this program, financially challenged students in Colleges of Education across Ghana can apply for assistance to cover their exam-related expenses.
Purpose of the Scholarship Initiative
Education is a vital part of teacher training, and sitting for examinations is a crucial requirement for academic progression. Unfortunately, some trainees face financial challenges that make it difficult to pay their examination fees.
The TTAG Welfare Committee has therefore introduced this scholarship initiative to support such trainees and promote equal opportunities in education. The program reflects TTAG’s commitment to the welfare and academic success of teacher trainees across the country.
Application Period
Interested applicants are required to submit their applications within the official application window:

Ensuring No Trainee Misses Exams
The TTAG Scholarship Initiative is an important step toward supporting teacher trainees who may otherwise be unable to participate in their examinations due to financial constraints. By providing this support, TTAG continues to promote inclusivity and ensure that every trainee has the opportunity to complete their academic journey successfully.
Teacher trainees who meet the requirements are strongly encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity before the 20th March 2026 deadline.
