Fees Charged at NIA District Offices
Below is a breakdown of the official charges:
- Card Replacement – GH¢200.00
- Record Update Only – FREE
- Record Update with Card Replacement – GH¢200.00
- Nationality Update – GH¢200.00
- Card Transfer (excluding courier fees) – GH¢75.00
Important Notes
Updating your personal information without requesting a new card is completely free.
If your update requires printing a new card, you will pay the replacement fee of GH¢200.00.
Card transfer fees do not include courier charges, if applicable.
