A reputable institution, believed to be under Ghana Customs, is inviting applications from qualified Ghanaians for various positions as Operational and Administrative Officers.

 This opportunity is open to individuals aged 18 and above. Below are the available categories and qualifications:

1.0 Graduate Entry

Operational Officer

Category I:

•  A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized tertiary institution in:
•    Administration
•    Economics
•    Finance
•    Accounting
•    Law
•    IT
•    Statistics, etc.
•  Completion of National Service is mandatory.

Category II:

• Same degree requirements as Category I.
• Must not be more than 33 years old by 01/01/2026.
• Height: Minimum of 5ft 6 inches (173cm) for males and 5ft 3 inches (160cm) for females.
• Must have completed National Service.

Category III:

• Post-first degree (at least 2nd Class Lower) in:
•    Accounting
•    Economics
•    Finance
•    IT
•    Taxation, or related fields.
•  Must have passed at least one stage of ICA, ACCA, CIMA, or CIT.
•  Completion of National Service required.

Administrative Officer

•  Bachelor’s degree in Law plus a Qualifying Certificate in Law (QCL).
•  Must be enrolled on the roll of lawyers in Ghana and a member in good standing with the Ghana Bar Association.
•  National Servicecompletion is required.

2.0 Non-Graduate Entry

Operational Officer

Category I:

• - Must have 5 credits (including English and Mathematics) in WASSCE/SSSCE.
• - Must not be more than 26 years by 01/01/2026.
• - Height: 5ft 6in (173cm) for males, 5ft 3in (160cm) for females.

Category II:

• - Diploma or HND from a recognized institution.
• - Must not be more than 28 years by 01/01/2026.
• - Same height requirements as above.
• - National Service completion is mandatory.

Working Conditions

• In line with the statutes of the Republic of Ghana.
