Sunyani Technical University To Supports Applicants with Disabilities Who Can See, Read, and Write

Sunyani Technical University has opened its doors to applicants with disabilities, offering them inclusive access to higher education with additional support.

While admission forms are generally free, applicants are required to purchase the form at a fee of GHS 150 to confirm their commitment. The forms can be obtained from any commercial bank, post office nationwide, or through the short code *885#

During the online application process, candidates will find a section to indicate if they have any form of disability. As a technical institution, the university does not operate specialised schools for persons who are blind or deaf. However, it welcomes and supports applicants with disabilities who are able to see, read, and write.

As part of its inclusive policy, the university will refund the admission form fee for qualified applicants with disabilities upon admission. In addition, such students will receive full support for tuition and accommodation throughout their academic journey.

Prospective applicants who fall within this category and seek further clarification are encouraged to contact the Admissions Office on 0501512556.

Sunyani Technical University remains committed to equal access and educational support for all.
