Step 1: Get Your Voucher Ready
To begin the process, candidates will need the voucher (Serial Number and PIN) that was used during the registration for the examination.
Step 2: Visit the Official NTC Portal
Go to the NTC results portal by visiting:
On the homepage, Enter your Serial Number and PIN, then click “Submit.”
Step 3: View and Download Your Results
Once you’ve successfully logged in:
- If you passed all your papers, your results and certificate will be displayed. You’ll also have the option to download and print your certificate.
- If you failed even one paper, you will see your results, but you won’t be able to download your certificate until the failed paper is passed in a resit.
Alternative Method (If You Lost Your Voucher)
- If you’ve lost your voucher (Serial Number and PIN), don’t panic. There is an option to recover access:
1. Click on “Forgotten Details” on the NTC portal.
2. Provide your Examination ID and the phone number used during registration.

Important Note from NTC (PRO):
If you have a resit paper to write at your college:
- You will only have one-time access to view your results online until you sit for the resit exam.
- After writing the paper and once your college updates your records, you’ll then be able to access your full results again, including downloading the certificate (if all papers are passed).
- Candidates whose institution have not uploaded their teaching practice scores will see IC for the pedagogy
