NSS Allowances Update: NASPA Urges Personnel to Verify GhanaPay Details as Payments Set to Begin Soon

The National Service Personnel Association (NASPA) has officially addressed concerns surrounding the delay in the payment of allowances to National Service Personnel (NSPs) across the country.

In a statement issued by Samdeen Mumuni, the Public Relations Officer (PRO) of NASPA National, the leadership acknowledged the growing frustration among service personnel due to the delay. The association expressed empathy and assured personnel that efforts are underway to resolve the issue.

According to the statement, payment of allowances is expected to commence soon.

However, all NSPs are strongly advised to log into their dashboard on the National Service Scheme portal and ensure that their GhanaPay numbers are correctly updated. This step is crucial to avoid any complications in receiving payments once disbursement begins.

NASPA further emphasized that this directive applies not only to current service personnel but also to those who have completed their service and are yet to receive their outstanding allowances.

The association reaffirmed its commitment to safeguarding the welfare and interests of all National Service Personnel, urging patience and cooperation during this period.
