The National Service Authority has introduced an Electronic Certificate (E-Certificate) on its new portal, allowing personnel who have completed their service to download their certificates online.
However, many personnel have been asking whether there will be a fee for requesting the Electronic Certificate.
It is clearly stated on the official National Service Authority portal that:
"Please Note: The E-Certificate is optional. If you prefer not to pay for the electronic version, you can wait for the physical certificate, which is provided free of charge."
This means personnel have the option to choose between the paid electronic certificate or waiting for the free physical certificate.
Why Can’t I Download My Certificate on the Portal?
Currently, personnel are unable to download their certificates from the portal. This is because the feature has not yet been enabled for certain batches.
As stated on the portal:
"The requested feature is not enabled for this batch"
All personnel requesting their certificates are advised to remain calm, as the feature is expected to be activated in the coming days.
