The Ghana Education Service (GES) has introduced dedicated regional helplines to improve communication and provide quick support to teachers and education staff across the country.
This initiative is part of efforts by the Service to strengthen internal communication and ensure that both teaching and non-teaching staff receive timely assistance when needed.
Purpose of the GES Helplines
To enhance effective service delivery, all 16 Regional Education Directorates have been equipped with mobile devices and official contact lines. These helplines are designed to:
- Respond quickly to enquiries from staff
- Provide guidance on administrative and professional matters
- Improve communication between regional offices and education workers
- Offer support to teachers across the country
Teachers and other staff members are therefore encouraged to contact their respective regional helplines whenever they need assistance or clarification on issues concerning the Service.
