Update on Appointment Booking Before Evaluation Submission

All 2025/2026 NSS personnel are required to book an appointment before submitting their monthly evaluation forms.

However, please note that the appointment booking section on the NSS portal is currently not functioning. As a result, personnel are advised to wait patiently until the feature becomes active.

That said, personnel should also take note of the following important point 
You are kindly advised to contact your District NSS Office to make enquiries. Some district offices may accept evaluation forms without an appointment booking despite the portal issue.

Please do not assume—confirm from your district office to avoid any inconvenience.
