UDS 2025/2026 Revised Academic Calendar for Affiliated Colleges of Education – Full First & Second Semester Dates



The University for Development Studies (UDS), through its Faculty of Education, has officially published the Revised Final Academic Calendar for the 2025/2026 academic year for all Affiliated Colleges of Education in Ghana. 

This calendar provides a detailed breakdown of academic activities for both the First and Second Semesters under the Undergraduate Regular programme.

The revised schedule outlines key dates including reporting periods, online registration windows, macro teaching timelines for Level 400 students, mid-semester assessments, end-of-semester examinations, supplementary exams, workshops, and vacation periods. Note:

  1. Affiliated Colleges of Education shall prepare teaching timetables, STS and Macro Teaching schedules accordingly.
  2. Colleges shall upload Mid-Semester Exams / Quizzes before the First Semester Examination period.
  3. Graduation ceremonies for the 2024/2025 Academic Year shall be organized between April and May 2026.
