The National Service Authority (NSA) has officially released the digital e-certificates for all eligible National Service Personnel. This marks a major step in the Authority’s digitalisation agenda aimed at improving service delivery and convenience for personnel and institutions alike.
Personnel who completed their service and those still within the 2024/2025 service year can now access and download their e-certificates through the NSA online portal.
How to Access Your National Service E-Certificate
To access the certificate, service personnel must visit the NSA certificate service page at:
https://posting.gnsa.gov.gh/home/certificate-service
Here’s how the process works:
- Submit an online request using your NSS details.
- Await approval — this may take up to 5 working days. You will receive an SMS or email once your request is approved.
- Make payment after approval.
- Complete identity verification (KYC) by entering your Ghana Card details and taking a live photo of your face using your device’s camera.
- Download your e-certificate directly from the portal after successful verification.

Reprints & Past Personnel
Past National Service Personnel who need a reprint of a physical certificate or want access to their e-certificate can also apply for this service on the portal. This service is available at a prescribed fee and is optional, not compulsory.
2024/2025 Annual Evaluation Forms
The NSA has also uploaded the Annual Evaluation Forms for the 2024/2025 service year onto the portal.
Personnel within the 2024/2025 service year are required to:
- Download the Annual Evaluation Form
- Complete and duly endorse it
- Submit the form to their District National Service Offices
Only after submitting the approved Annual Evaluation Form can service personnel within the current service year access their e-certificate.
Recognition of E-Certificates
The NSA has urged all organisations, institutions, employers, and stakeholders to accord full recognition and acceptance to e-certificates issued by the Authority. Government agencies and private sector employers can contact the NSA’s official channels for verification if needed.
